Refunding Sales

Users can initiate refunds for individual transactions or specific items within a transaction, depending on the circumstances. Refunding sales may be necessary for various reasons, such as customer returns, order cancellations, or product defects.

How to refund

Click on the All Invoices button located on the navbar.
