Building strong relationships with your customers is key to business success. The Customers module helps you manage customer information, track purchase history, and communicate effectively with your customer base.

Customer Overview

Navigate to Customers from the main menu to access:

  • Dashboard: Customer metrics and overview
  • Customer List: View all customers
  • Add Customer: Create new customer records
  • Customer Groups: Organize customers into groups
  • Communication Tools: Email, SMS, WhatsApp campaigns
  • Feedback & Ratings: Collect and view customer feedback

Adding Customers

Create customer profiles to track purchases and build relationships:

  1. Go to Customers β†’ Add Customer
  2. Fill in customer information:
    • Name: Full name of the customer
    • Email: Email address (for receipts and campaigns)
    • Phone: Phone number (for SMS and WhatsApp)
    • Address: Physical address (for deliveries)
    • Date of Birth: For birthday offers and promotions
    • Notes: Any additional information
  3. Click "Save" to create the customer
